Download and fill out a single event application.
Sign your application to acknowledge Rules & Regs.
Download and fill out one ST19 form for EACH event you're attending.
Submit event application and ST19 form(s) to [email protected].

You Never Know what you'll find at the Mosquito!

If you need shipping for a larger item (i.e. large statue, vintage car, garden box) and you are somewhat local to Milaca (within 100 miles) - transportation for your purchase may be available at the rate of $2.00 per mile (one way cost) Plus a $50 loading/delivery fee. So, if you are 50 miles from the Hairy Mosquito and want a Giant Grizzly that you just bought delivered, the total fee would be $150 (applicable taxes included.)
