Our shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order to ensure you only pay for what you need.
Special circumstances, insurance and any additional fees:
We require $3.95 signature confirmation on all silver and jewelry orders over $100. Insurance over $100 is at an additional cost. You must email [email protected] to request additional insurance for your shipment if desired. Cost is $1 per $100 value. (ex. $300 order will add $3 to your shipping invoice for insurance)

Why can't I pay my KBid invoice?
Your invoice total is over our $1000 automatic payment threshold (details above) or some of the items you won were not marked for shipping and must be picked up during our removal period.
When will I receive my shipping invoice?
(Please verify that your KBid email address is up to date. That is the only address we are provided for sending your invoice.)
Once your KBid invoice is paid and you have selected “Needs Shipping” - we will process your order within 3-5 business days & send a shipping invoice.
Packages physically leave the building 1-3 business days after your shipping invoice is paid.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes! We use USPS for all P.O. Box deliveries.
Please check your spam folders prior to contacting us for tracking information.

- Not all items qualify for shipping. Please see individual lot descriptions. Look for the GREEN shipping truck icon to confirm if the lots you are interested in qualify for shipping.
- Orders over $1000 cannot be immediately paid on KBID. Please navigate to “manage invoice” in your KBID account. Select “needs shipping” and we will invoice your entire KBID total + appropriate shipping fees within 3-5 business days after the auction ends.
- Shipping requests must be completed within our “Removal Period” for a seamless process.
- Please verify that your KBid email address is up to date as that is the only address we are provided.
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Transit times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.

- Standard (1 – 9.9 lbs) Ground (USPS/UPS) - $15.95
- Heavy (10 – 29.9 lbs) UPS / FedEx Ground or USPS Flat rate packaging - $28.95
- Bulk (30-70 lbs) Heavy Goods Shipping - $50.00+

- Extended Handling Time: These items typically require an additional 5-7 business days for our team to package securely before they are handed off to the carrier.
- Packaging Costs: Large item shipping prices include the cost of specialized materials (such as double-walled guitar boxes or custom crates), which can range from $15 to $40+ depending on the item's size.
