At The Hairy Mosquito, we take great pride in providing thorough, accurate descriptions and clear, multi-angle photos for every item we sell online. We explicitly state an item's condition—including whether it is fully functional, non-working, or untested.
Because we ensure transparency before you buy, all sales are final and we do not accept standard returns or refunds once an item leaves our location. The only exception to this policy is in the rare event of a major error or misrepresentation in our listing.
Exchanges: While we do not issue refunds, exchanges are accepted. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be shipped back and received by us in its original condition. All return and exchange shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Liability Notice: The Hairy Mosquito is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We strongly encourage buyers to request shipping insurance; uninsured packages are shipped entirely at the buyer's risk and will not be refunded or replaced if damaged or lost by the carrier.
